1 This Privacy Policy explains how we (Dnero) collects and uses your personal information.

1.1 For the purposes of applicable privacy legislation, the “Data Controller” in respect of your personal information is Dnero.

1.2 Personal information is any piece of information that relates to a living individual (natural person) who can be identified, directly or indirectly.

1.3 You authorise Dnero to collect, use, and disclose your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and also to the extent not prohibited by applicable privacy legislation. We will deal with your sensitive information in accordance with sections 1.4 to 1.7 below.

1.4 We will collect the personal information you provide us and we may also collect personal information online from your computer, mobile or other device. We may collect from and share your personal information with a range of third parties, including but not limited to our customers, suppliers, other Account Holders, Merchants, and Advertisers.

1.5 If you hold a Dnero Account, we may also collect from and share your personal information with a range of third parties. We will deal with your personal information for a broad range of purposes including: to facilitate the services you have requested, to better understand your preferences, and to generally conduct and develop our business and the business of our Merchant customers.

1.6 If you choose not to provide us with the personal information that we request then we may not be able to offer our services and products to you.

1.7 If we collect personal information from you, it is likely that we will store it in Azure Cloud, or in data facilities in New Zealand, Australia, or the US. We may disclose your personal information to third parties in countries worldwide to or through which you are travelling, (including countries located outside the European Economic Area) that do not have comparable laws protecting the privacy of personal information. Such disclosures will be made for the purposes of providing our services to you, operating and developing our business, or for any of the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

1.8 You may have rights under privacy legislation to access, delete and correct the personal information we hold about you. If you would like to access or correct your personal information, or if you have any questions or complaints in relation to privacy, please contact us. If we decide to refuse your request for correction of your personal information, we will notify you of our decision in writing, if required by law.
